Boiler Installation in Birmingham Erdington

I also fitted a smart controller. That is a thermostat the homeowner can control from their phone. It lets them set heating schedules, adjust the temperature remotely, and keep an eye on what the system is doing without needing to go up into the loft.

Finishing the Installation Properly

Before I left I built out a fitted board around the installation. This covers the pipework and flue connections neatly and gives the boiler a secure, tidy surround in the loft space. It is not just about looks. It protects the components and keeps everything accessible if the boiler ever needs servicing.

The final step was commissioning the boiler. Commissioning means running the boiler through its full start-up process, checking all the settings, confirming the gas pressure is correct, and making sure the system fires up and runs exactly as it should. I record all of this and leave the homeowner with the paperwork they need for their records and warranty.
